06/10/11 The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will close State Road 331 (Elm Road/Capital Avenue) near the intersection of Ireland Road beginning Monday, June 13 so crews can install a large drainage structure under the highway.
During the closure, traffic will be directed on a marked, 20-mile detour. Northbound traffic will be directed west on U.S. 20, north on State Road 23 (S.R. 23) and east on State Road 933 (Lincolnway), back to S.R. 331. Southbound traffic will directed west on Lincolnway, south on S.R. 23 and east on U.S. 20.
The work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day on Saturday, June 18; however, the schedule is subject to change in the event of inclement weather.
