Last week members of the Plymouth Common Council accepted the Tax Abatement Compliance Forms for several industries.

AK Industries submitted CF1’s for a real property tax abatement and three personal property tax abatements.  DAC Enterprises LLC submitted both a real and a personal tax abatement compliance form and Harrington Noodles/Vigilant Holdings turned in personal and real property tax forms.  Oasis Lifestyle LLC presented real and personal compliance forms for their 2018 and 2022 tax abatements while Hoosier Tire submitted a CF1 for a personal property tax abatement and Bomarko Inc. had both real and personal property tax abatement compliance forms.  Culver Tool and Engineering LLC submitted compliance forms for real and personal property tax abatement in 2019 and two real and two personal property tax abatement compliance forms for 2020 tax abatements.    

The city council also approved a resolution to adopt a revised plan for expenditures of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021.  During the April 22nd meeting City Attorney Jeff Houin explained that the total amount in the funds received wasn’t correct at the prior meeting.  There was a $4,500 difference.  The council determined the additional $4,500 would be added to the Harrison Street Trail Project.  City Council members unanimously approved the revision.
