24-year-old Kalee Davidson of Plymouth was located at her residence on Friday, April 26th and arrested for a Felony Failure to Appear Warrant for the original charge of felony theft.   She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was turned over to jail staff.

Mendoza Alonzo, 38, of Plymouth was located at his residence and arrested on a warrant for felony Domestic Battery and misdemeanor Interfering with Reporting of a Crime on Friday, April 26th. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was turned over to jail staff.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
