Sunday afternoon, Plymouth Police Officer Krynock observed 57 year old Richard J. Hopkins Sr. walking near 1024 West Jefferson Street. Knowing Mr. Hopkins had a warrant for his arrest; the officer confirmed through dispatch and took him in to custody.
Richard Hopkins was transported to the Marshall County Jail, booked in for Contempt of Court and held on a $500 cash bond.
