Bremen Police Officer John Tice arrested 39 year old Arthur H. Chapman Jr. Friday night, January 13th about 9:30 for multiple charges.
Chapman was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a prior, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia.
