ArrestedA Plymouth man was arrested early Tuesday morning after city police were dispatched to the area of Garro and Liberty Streets for a male subject attempting to break into a residence.  Ensued

A 1:39 a.m. Plymouth Officer Chris Miller responded to the call and observed a subject matching the description.  A short foot pursuit ended with the arrest of 25 year old Drew O. Flora of Plymouth.

Flora was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Public Intoxication and Resisting Law Enforcement.  His cash bond was set at $1,005 and he was given an August 11 court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
