A civil dispute lead to the arrest of a Plymouth man on Tuesday.
About 4:30 in the afternoon Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to 309 Kingston, the Pointe for a dispute between the landlord and tenant, 26 year old Joseph J. Vela.
While conducting an investigation it was learned that Vela had an outstanding warrant out Marshall County for Contempt of Court. He was transported to the County Jail and held on a $2,000 cash bond.
