On Saturday, March 2nd, Officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department were called to an address in the 4700 block of Deborah Lane in Plymouth for a domestic disturbance in progress.
When officers arrived on scene they had discovered that 44 year old Steven Hoover of the Deborah Lane address had battered a female at the residence and had done so in the presence of a child under the age of 16 living at the residence.
Steven Hoover was lodged in the Marshall County Jail and booked for Domestic Battery and Domestic Battery in the presence of a minor. He was given a March 19th court date and a cash bond of $1500.
