MugShot_daryl bannon 1-4-19On Friday, January 4th, just after 1:00, Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop in the area of Michigan Road and US 31 on a white 1998 Ford van.

During the investigation, Officer Wozniak detected the odor of marijuana and the driver showed signs of impairment.

The driver, 39 year old Daryl J. Bannon of Indianapolis was found to be under the influence of marijuana. He was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test which showed marijuana to be in his system.

A search of the vehicle resulted in the findings of 2.9 grams of marijuana and many paraphernalia items associated with marijuana use.

Daryl Bannon was taken to the Marshall County Jail and was booked in for Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated with a controlled substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
