Arrested_handcuffA citizen complaint of reckless driving on Sunday, October 7th night led to the arrest of a 26 year old Plymouth man.

Plymouth Police Officer Shelly Cleveland was dispatched about 12:30 to the north side of Plymouth to investigate a possible impaired driver.

The suspect vehicle was located at the intersection of North Plum and Madison Streets.  The vehicle was stopped after Officer Cleveland observed the vehicle crossing the center line, almost causing a head-on collision.

Juan C. Rico Medina was arrested for Operating on a Controlled Substance and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
