Donnelly-Joe-in-office-Washington, D.C. — U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly Tuesday voted to confirm Christopher Wray, President Donald Trump’s nominee to lead the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Wray previously worked as a federal prosecutor and for the Department of Justice, including as Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division under President George W. Bush.

 

Donnelly said, “I voted to confirm Christopher Wray as FBI Director because I believe he has the experience necessary to head the FBI and has demonstrated a commitment to lead the bureau with integrity and independence.”
