An Elkhart man was arrested earlier this month by Bremen Police Officer Schnaible following a traffic stop at US 6 and 106 West.
29 year old Jacob M. Rushford was booked into the Marshall County jail for Failure to Reduce Speed for a Stationary Emergency Vehicle, Operating While Intoxicated with a BAC of .15% or higher, OWI Endangering a Person, OWI on a Controlled Substance, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana, Open Container and Speed of 65 in a 55 zone.
