Just after midnight on Thursday morning an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a vehicle on US 31 in the area of 13th Road for a speeding violation.
22 year old Nathan Dean Peters of Noblesville was arrested at 1:30 a.m. and lodged in the Marshall County jail for Reckless Driving. He posted the $500 cash bond and was released at 2 a.m. Thursday.
