LaPaz Police CarLaPaz Police conducted a traffic stop Friday morning about 1:40 on Cortland Street for a vehicle with expired plates.

The driver, Ken Norwick of South Bend was found to be in possession of cocaine and driving on a suspended license. He was placed under arrest and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a bond of $1,505 cash.
