public-hearingThe citizens of Marshall County will have the opportunity to voice their support or opposition for the implementation of a Local Option Highway User Tax (LOHUT) and or a County Economic Development Tax (CEDIT) during a public hearing on May 31st.

The Marshall County Council will conduct a public hearing on the request from the County Commissioners to seek input from the taxpayers of Marshall County regarding the         implementation of LOHUT and or CEDIT as a way to assist in the funding of street and road maintenance throughout the county.

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 31, at 6:00 p.m. in room 203 of the Marshall County Building at 112 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
