Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger stopped a vehicle on Lincoln Highway near Elm Road Sunday morning about 3:45 for speeding. During his investigation it was determined the driver, 20 year old Kevin Rodriguez Duran of Warsaw had a suspended license. Further investigation revealed that Duran was in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of alcohol and had a minor with him.
Duran was booked into the county jail on a $750 cash bond while the juvenile was cites released to his parents.
