05/26/11 The Plymouth City Offices will be closed on Monday, Memorial Day, May 30th.  The city’s trash contractor, Allied Waste will also allow their employees to celebrate the holiday with a day off.  Therefore the trash schedule for Plymouth will be moved back one day for the whole week.  The trash route will begin on Wednesday, June 1st and conclude on Friday, June 3rd.   The city’s recycling schedule will also move back one day.

Plymouth Street Superintendent Jim Marquardt reminds citizens that yard waste is generally picked up on Mondays and Fridays but due to the holiday Monday’s pick-up will be moved to Tuesday.  Yard waste should be placed in a container that is easily picked-up and put at the curb by early morning.
