Handcuffs-newOn Wednesday, August 13, at approximately 2:10 a.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on US 30 just east of Queen Road. During the investigation it was determined that the driver, 30 year old Joseph Mason of Fort Wayne, was driving after being adjudged a Habitual Traffic Violator. He was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

MugShot_Joseph MasonMason was booked in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,505 cash bond and given a court date of September 16 in Superior Court II. Marshall County Police were assisted by a trooper from the Indiana State Police and Lyons Towing.
