Police HandcuffsPlymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre arrested 24 year old Amber R. Cole of Mishawaka Friday afternoon at 4:30 for theft.

Ms. Cole was observed by Wal-Mart’s asset protection staff concealing items in her purse. As she attempted to leave the store she was detained by the asset protection staff. Officer McIntyre places Cole in custody and transported her to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on a charge of theft under $100,000. Her bond was set at $3,005 and she has her initial hearing on August 26th.

Officer Joe Deisch located 33 year old Michael P. Sammartano of Argos at Wal-Mart Friday afternoon at 4:34. He was taken into custody for an active arrest warrant through Marshall County for failure to appear on a probation violation. He was held with no bond.
