12/19/12 Tuesday morning several 2012 graduates from Triton High School returned to Mr. Heeter’s US History class to share their experiences about transitioning from Triton High School to a college environment. Students participating included (L to R): Wil Rettinger, representing a medium-sized university, Ball State; Tayler Fisher, representing a large university, Indiana; Austin Kanarr, representing a major university, Purdue; Josh Shafer, representling a small, conservative Christian college, Grace; Staci George, representing a commuter college, Ivy Tech; and Kandace Terry, representing a small, liberal Christian university, Manchester.
This is an event Mr. Heeter has done for several years now to help the younger kids think about college and their future plans.
