06/04/12 The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 8:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.  There are a number of agenda items including the request of County Assessor Debbie Dunning who is seeking approval of unpaid leave for an employee.

County Emergency Management Director, Clyde Avery will present his monthly report while The Healy Group will be at the meeting for their quarterly update on the County’s health insurance.  Jim Clevenger, the County Attorney will present his report while Highway Superintendent Neal Haeck will update the Commissioners on activities in his department.

The Auditor will present the June claims and the May 21st minutes for approval.

In other business, the commissioners will consider an amendment to the personnel policy pertaining new state legislation on nepotism and conflict of interest provisions.  The commissioners are also expected to appoint a replacement for Bobbi Ruhnow’s vacancy on the Culver Plan Commission and Bob Flora’s vacancy on the County Board of Zoning Appeals.

The Commissioners meeting is open to the public for comments and questions.
