11/16/11 Congratulations goes out to Frances Swihart of Plymouth! Frances was the grand prize winner at the 2011 Marshall County Senior Expo, held on November 8th. Frances is shown here collecting her 32″ flat-screen television at the Marshall County Council on Aging (Life Enrichment Center), who sponsors the annual event. The Council on Aging welcomed more than 1400 people to the Senior Expo this year, which features free admission, free food, free entertainment, free health screenings, quality vendors, and hundreds door prizes.
