10/14/11 On Saturday, October 8th around 9:30 am, Plymouth Police Officer Nick Young arrested Jennifer R. Howard 32, of Plymouth at her residence on Webster Avenue for an outstanding warrant for a Failure to Appear on Cost and Fines. Her bond was set at $203.00, which was paid on the same date at 11:10am.
On Tuesday, October 11th at approximately 9:00pm, Officer Jesse Pippenger of the Plymouth Police Department made a traffic stop at the intersection of Garro Street and Michigan Street. It was found that the driver Jack A. Husband 48, of Plymouth was Operating While Intoxicated and was transported to the Marshall County Jail. A $1000.00 cash bond is set for Husbands release. A scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 will be held on October 18th at 8:30am.
