09/13/11 On Saturday, September 10th at 1:40 a.m. Officer Wally Deerfield of the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 1300 block of Dora Lane in reference to a domestic disturbance. The complaint resulted into the arrest of Robert T. Mickow of Plymouth. Mickow was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Domestic Battery-Physical Presence of a Child less than 16 years old. A $1000.00 cash bond was placed for his release, which was paid on September 11th at 2:45am.
Later Saturday afternoon around 3:45, Officer Gary Cleveland responded to the 300 block of Washington Street to find that Michael Pittman 31, of Plymouth was engaged in a verbal argument with his sister. After several attempts which were unsuccessful to quiet Pittman he was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the County Jail where there is a $1000.00 cash bond for his release. Pittman is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on September 20th at 8:30am.
On Sunday, September 11th at 1:59 a.m. Sergeant Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan Road and US 30. It was found that Leon C. Gonzalez 43, of Plymouth was operating a Vehicle while intoxicated and also Operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license. Gonzalez was transported to the Marshall County Jail where a $1000.00 cash bond was placed for his release. The cash bond was paid on the same date at 4:44pm. Gonzalez is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on October 4th at 8:30am.
