On Wednesday, July 20th, just before 9 p.m., Sergeant Taberski observed a male subject in the construction area at River Park Square. The male subject matched the description of a previously known wanted subject.
The officer made contact with the subject and confirmed his identity as the wanted subject, Steven Garcia, 23, of Plymouth. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and incarcerated on an active parole violation warrant.
