Monday evening the City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings in the second-floor council chambers of City Hall.

The Board of Public Works and Safety meeting begins at 6 p.m. with the opening of bids for the 2022 Street Materials and Fuel Supplies.  The Board will hear from various department heads and any request made from the public.

The Common Council meetings will begin at 6:30 and will hear second reading of an ordinance to amend the 2022 Salary Ordinance along with an ordinance to adopt the 2022 fee schedule for the Aviation Department and the Park Dept. 

The City Council will be asked to affirm an executive order for garbage collection in Centennial Crossing and executive order for the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation Board of Zoning Appeals.  The Clerk Treasurer will seek permission to transfer funds to Water and Sewer Funds and make year-end appropriation transfers as needed along with encumbrances for 2022.

The City Council will also consider a resolution to transfer funds from the General Fund to the Rainy-Day Fund and an ordinance regarding the response to a medical call, medical treatment and or transport of persons confined by the Marshall County Jail.

The city meetings are open to the public although comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
