Monday evening the Plymouth Common Council considered the application of Gary Treat for a Commercial Revitalization Rebate Program Grant.

Mr. Treat told the council he has a leaky roof and would like to get it repaired.  He submitted the estimates from two different companies and wanted to move forward with the lower bid.  Gary asked the council if there was any rebate money available.

A few years ago, Treat completed a roofing project on the north side of his building.  He said the leak is at the back of his two-story building and this is a fix and not an entire roof project.  He said it should get him through another 5 years.

The low quote was for $3,310 and the 20% rebate would equal $662.

The Plymouth Common Council unanimously approved the Commercial Revitalization Rebate Program Grant for Mr. Treat.
