City Hall 10-10-19The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 with the Board of Public Works and Safety.  The Common Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 or immediately after the Board of Public Works.  The meetings are held in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall.  Those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and take the elevator to the second floor.

The agenda for the Board of Public Works and Safety includes opening quotes for police vehicles, a special award by Mayor Senter along with reports from department heads.  The City Attorney will present a resolution adopting an electronic meeting policy and the board will approve the claims and communications.

The Common Council meeting includes an ordinance adopting a property registration program for the city on second and third reading, introduction of the new Fire Chief Steve Holm and acceptance of tax abatement compliance forms for several entities.

The Clerk/Treasurer will present a donation to the Safe Haven Baby Box and give an update on the Comprehensive Financial Plan for the General Fund. The City Attorney will present a resolution adopting an electronic meeting policy for the Common Council and we will be a Stellar Communities update.

The meetings are open to the public and comments and questions on agenda items are welcome.
