On Wednesday August 5th at approximately 12:15 P.M. UNIT Officers assisted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and Plymouth Police Department investigated a report of drug activity in the Dairy Queen parking lot located at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Oak Drive.
During the investigation, UNIT Officers arrested 55 year old, Brian Joseph Vollmer of Rochester and 25 year old,
Hanna N. Wleklinski of Valparaiso. Both Subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail where they were held on the charge of Level 2 Dealing/Manufacturing in Methamphetamine and held without bond.
Officers recovered over 15 grams of methamphetamine and $800.00 in cash.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made
