Drug ArrestsOn Saturday, July 11th at 5:00 P.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Wozniak was dispatched to the area of US 31 southbound from mile marker 229 for a possibly impaired GMC pickup truck. The vehicle was then reported eastbound on US 30 from US 31. Marshall County K9 Officer Wozniak located the vehicle in the area of US 30 and State Road 331. The driver of the vehicle identified as 45 year old, Marcus M. Neer of Warsaw was found to be Operating a Vehicle with a Suspended-Prior Driver`s License. Mr. Neer was also found to be in possession of Heroin and Paraphernalia. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on charges of Possession of Heroin, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and Driving While Suspended with a Prior charge of the same with bond set at $1,505.
