theftOn Tuesday, February 18th at approximately 7:31 P.M. Officer DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Kroger’s for a report of an internal theft. After an investigation at Kroger’s and the Plymouth Police Department 50 year old, Dottie L. Parker of Bourbon was arrested for Theft. Parker was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a charge of Theft with a prior charge and held on a $1,505 bond. She was released the next day after posting bond.
