Plymouth swimmers take win at Bremen

BREMEN – Plymouth had their first away meet of the season at Bremen Thursday night.
The first half of the meet was a close competition despite Plymouth taking first in events 1-5. After the diving break, Bremen had the top finishes for a few events but Plymouth went 1-2 in the 200 Freestyle relay to cement the victory.
A strong performance in the breaststroke left Plymouth with a 22 point lead going into the final event. The A relay team of Plymouth won the last race but had a false start and therefore the final score was Plymouth 101 – Bremen 85.
The victory moves Plymouth to 3-1 on the season.
They will have a break for Thanksgiving and pick up again with competition on Dec. 3rd hosting New Prairie. This will be the first Co-ed meet of the year for Plymouth at the Susan Bardwell Aquatics Center.
