The recent floods affecting Plymouth and the surrounding communities were devastating for many residents and businesses. To help with the recovery efforts, Hyper Wave has announced two programs to aid those affected by the floods.
First, Hyper Wave is providing internet service free of charge to two disaster relief centers in Plymouth. Both centers are providing much-needed support for local residents as they attempt to recover from the flood. The free service will continue for as long as it is needed.
Second, Hyper Wave customers impacted by the flood may qualify for the disaster forgiveness program. Business and residential customers that are unable to pay their internet bill due to the flood should contact the Hyper Wave office immediately.
