05/12/11 On Saturday, May 21st the Marshall County ReStore will be accepting donations in Bourbon. The ReStore truck will be in the parking lot at the Bourbon First United Methodist Church from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Volunteers will be accepting donations of doors, functioning appliances, furniture, windows, tools, cabinets, lightening, building materials and more.
Funds raised by they sale of these donated items at the ReStore at 116 South Walnut Street in Plymouth benefit Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit ecumenical Christian housing ministry that works in partnership with people in need of improving the conditions in which they live. Funds also assist with the annual Rebuilding Together Program.
