On Wednesday night, December 21st, at approximately 11:00 p.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department initiated a traffic stop on State Road 17 near Glen Overmyer Drive. It was determined that the driver, 30 year old Howard Berkeypile of Plymouth was in Possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. He was subsequently arrested and lodged into the Marshall Co. Jail.
