An officer with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on US 31 near Veteran’s Parkway Thursday evening about 11:55 p.m.
44 year old Troy McKinney of South Bend was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a Prior charge and was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $755 cash bond.
