On Wednesday, December 2, about 10:30 p.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department initiated a traffic stop on Michigan Road near 2C Road.
The driver, 20 year old Timothy Patrick of South Bend was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a person and Controlled Substance.
Two passengers in the vehicle, 20 year old Calron Waller and
21 year old Jaron Riedl-Hunter both of South Bend were also arrested for Possession of Marijuana. The Police Officer Cooper was assisted by troopers with the Indiana Stated Police.
