Portions of northern Indiana will be under a WIND ADVISORY this afternoon and early evening.

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for Marshall County from 1 p.m. this afternoon until 7 p.m. this evening.

South winds will be 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. West-east roads will be the most affected. Secure outdoor objects that could be blown around.
