A Plymouth man was arrested early Thursday morning for driving without a license.

Office Schieber conducted a traffic stop on April 25th at 4:45 a.m. at Oak Drive and Hehr Drive for a moving violation.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Yesson J. Sanchez-Mendieta, 26-years-old of Oakhill Avenue in Plymouth.

Officer Schieber determined that Yesson had never obtained a driver’s license.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for operating without ever obtaining a license.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
