The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department obtained information on Monday, March 20th of a wanted person hiding out in an apartment complex located in Culver.
Hunter Matthew Charles, age 26, was hiding out in an apartment and wanted in Madison County for Criminal Confinement, Delaware County for Fraud, as a Level 6 Felony, and Marion County for Resisting Law Enforcement, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Mr. Charles was taken into custody without incident by Detective McFarland. He will be held by Marshall County Sheriff’s Department upon transport to the jurisdiction.
The Culver Police Department along with the Indiana State Police assisted in locating and apprehending Hunter Charles Monday morning.
