The Food Bank of Northern Indiana will host two Mobile Food Distributions in Marshall County during December.

Assorted food items are offered free of charge. All items are pre-boxed and pre-bagged. First come, first served, while supplies last for those in need of food assistance. One box per household.

The first distribution will be this Friday, December 2nd, and will be a Produce Box Distribution.   It will be held at Bourbon Helping Hands in the First United Methodist Church at 204 North Washington Street from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This distribution is sponsored by KeyBank and will serve 300 households.

The second distribution in Marshall County will be on Wednesday, December 21 from 10 a.m. to Noon at the Pines in Bremen, 1820 West Plymouth Street.

This mobile distribution is provided by Beacon Health System and will provide turkeys for 263 households.

In Starke County, there will be a mobile distribution on Tuesday, December 13, from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. CT at the Knox United Methodist Church, 201 South Shield Street in Knox.  This is a USDA distribution and will serve 250 households.

Distributions are drive-thru. Please remain in your vehicle and open your trunk to receive items. An area will be available for self-loading if your trunk does not open.
