Saint Joseph Health Systems (SJHS) has temporarily relocated the LifePlex Health Care operation and temporarily closed the pool at the Fitness Forum in LifePlex.
In response to concerns about the environmental conditions at the LifePlex facility at 2855 Miller Drive in Plymouth, Saint Joseph Health System (SJHS) engaged a consultant to evaluate their leased premises. The evaluation identified several corrective actions, and these findings were shared with the facility landlord. SJHS has requested a prompt resolution to the matter.
In the interest of their patients, colleagues, and client safety, SJHS has temporarily relocated LifePlex health care operations and temporarily closed the pool at the Fitness Forum at LifePlex.
