The Marshall County Drainage Board will meet Monday morning at 8:30 in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.  The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 9:30 in the same room.

The Drainage Board will conduct a public hearing on vacating a portion of the Walnut Tile Arm #1 to the Ballinger-Myers Ditch in the Town of Argos.  Also on the agenda is miscellaneous business and approved of the August minutes. 

The County Commissioners will hear from Highway Superintendent Jason Peters and Clyde Avery, EMA Director will present his quarterly report, request to apply for the EMP Reimbursement Grant along with discussing the Hazard Specific –  Cyber Incident Annex. 

Annette Haining from Saint Joseph Health Systems will discuss Remedy Live with the commissioners while County Plan Director Ty Adley will present an ordinance for Zonia and Arturo Valdez. 

Sheriff Matt Hassel will discuss vendor Stellar Financial and County Attorney Jim Clevenger will report also with the County Auditor’s report, Public Comments and under Commissioner Items is an amendment to the Convention, Recreation & Visitor Commission on the Innkeepers Tax.  The Commissioner will also discuss Mid America Health.

The county meetings are open to the public for comments and questions.
