The City of Plymouth will conduct its regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety. 

Members will hear from various department heads including the Utility Superintendent, Fire Chief Steve Holm with the swearing-in of Justyn Wade, Police Chief Bacon, Street Superintendent, and others.  City Attorney Sean Surrisi will present the Civilian EMT-B and Aviation Assistant Manager’s job descriptions and City Clerk-Treasurer Lynn Gorski will present any requests.

The Common Council meets at 6:30 and will conduct a public hearing on the 2023 Proposed Budget.  Members will consider the second reading of the ordinance redistricting for the city council seats and the second and third readings of the ordinance amending the Personnel Policy.

City council members will also hear on first reading the ordinance establishing appropriations and tax rates for 2023, the ordinance to establish fees and parking regulations for city vehicle charging stations, an ordinance to amend the 2022 Salary Ordinance, an ordinance amending the 2023 Salary Ordinance and the ordinance fixing salaries for elected officials for 2023. 

Also on the agenda is a discussion on the new ambulance bid.  The city meetings are open to the public although comments are limited to agenda items.  The meetings are held in the second-floor meeting room of City Hall.
