A traffic stop on Tuesday, August 16, resulted in the arrest of a Knox man.

At approximately 12:55 AM Officer Jordan Rans with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a vehicle on Harrison Street west of Michigan Street in Plymouth for suspected impaired driving.

Officer Rans’ investigation led to the arrest of Patrick J. Bottorff, 61, from Knox.

Bottorff was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior Conviction, Resisting Law Enforcement, and Possession of Marijuana. Patrick Bottorff was issued a Marshall Superior Court III date of August 30th and his bond was set at $1,500.
