The Town of Culver plans to sell two vehicles through a sealed bid process.
Culver has a 2000 Ford F550 and a 2004 Freightliner M210 for sale. The vehicles can be viewed at the Street Department, 511 West Mill Street. Sealed bids will be accepted in the Culver Town Clerk’s office, 200 East Washington Street until 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14th. The envelopes must be clearly marked Bid for Ford F550 or Freightliner.
Bids will be opened during the June 14th town meeting. Bidders understand that bids are for the vehicle in As-In condition and there are no expressed or implied warranties. If awarded the bidder has 5 business days from the time of notification to pick up the vehicle.
The Town of Culver expressly reserves the right to reject all bids.
