33-year-old Adam Matthew Macias of Angle Street in Plymouth is a registered sex offender having been convicted of Child Molesting.

He is classified as a sexually violent predator with a lifetime requirement to register as a sex offender every 90 days or within 72 hours of any change of information.

During an investigation, Adam Macias was found to have control of a social media account under a false name which he failed to register as required under the sex offender requirements.

On Wednesday, April 13th, Macias was located at his residence in Plymouth and taken into custody for the offense of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender violation which is a level 6 felony.

Adam Macias is being held at the Marshall County Jail on a $1500 cash bond.
