Just before 2 a.m. on New Year’s Eve officers from the Plymouth Police Department responded to Carriage Green Apartments on Dora Lane for a domestic disturbance.
Arriving on scene Officer Arnold located several subjects in the apartment that were involved in a physical altercation.
After an investigation 20-year-old Tolman Mills and 18-year-old Collin Mills both of Plymouth, 20-year-old Elizabeth Horvath of South Bend, and 19-year-old Alexis Wilfing of Plymouth were all arrested for illegal consumption of an alcohol beverage and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.
