Due to the overwhelming response the ISDH Strike Team will return on to Marshall County

The drive-thru Covid-19 testing and vaccine clinic will be held at the LifePlex at 2855 Miller Drive in Plymouth.  The clinics will be open Friday, September 3rd and Saturday, September 4^th from 12 Noon until 8:00 PM.

The clinic will provide COVID-19 testing with the rapid test and PCR testing which is also called a molecular test, this COVID-19 test detects genetic material of the virus using a lab technique called polymerase chain reaction.   The clinic will offer the Johnson & Johnson vaccine along with the Pfizer vaccine.  You must be 18 or older to take the Johnson and Johnson vaccine while the Pfizer vaccine is for anyone 12 or older.  All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
