The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the second-floor Council Chambers in City Hall.  Those attending the meeting should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second floor. 

The Board of Public Works and Safety will open bids for the 2021 Street and Sidewalk Projects and hear reports from various city department heads.  City Engineer Rick Gaul will discuss a request to work in the city’s right-of-way and a request from Maple/Surf at 602 East Jefferson Street while the City Attorney, Sean Surrisi will present a proposal for a quarterly HVAC Preventative Maintenance Program.

The Common Council will consider donations for the Tractor Show and Mayor’s Month of Music.  Also on their agenda is the ordinance fixing salaries for appointed officials and employees of the city including police and fire for 2022.

The Council will consider a resolution to approve the application of Gary Treat for a Commercial Revitalization Rebate program Grant, a transfer in the Police Department and transfers into the Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund. 

Plymouth city meetings are open to the public although comments and questions are limited to agenda items.
